    • Both Gator Corner Dining Center and Fresh Food Company offer cage-free liquid eggs from Abbotsford Farms.

    • Starbucks, Java City, Einstein Brothers Bagels, Seattle’s Best & Sweetwater Organic Coffee Roasters all offer sustainable coffee and tea choices.
  • Organic, All natural, vegan and gluten-free grocery & snack options
    • Visit one of our six convenience stores for a variety of healthy choices. Look for the natural and organic signs for grab & go organic meals and snacks like Stonyfield Organic Yogurt.
  • Local/regional produce sourced for our two dining halls, catering department, and many of our retail locations
    • Did you know most produce travels an average of 1,500 miles before being sold?
    • Purchasing local produce has many benefits including:
      • Supporting local farmers
      • Cutting down on the miles food has to travel (thereby reducing fuel use and pollution)
      • Ensuring a safe, stable, local food supply
      • Ensuring a fresher product
      • Eating in conjunction with the seasons
      • Look for the "Locally Grown" tags in our dining halls and retail locations to identify these items.
